Hey i wasnt sure where to put this question but what does BS question stand for?iv seen it written on the site soemtimes but just cnt figure it out..sorry if this is a dumb question

BS means bullshit.
Like DN said, if your question is about the question posted at the top of the page, the lady asking is lying about the whole thing (or at least her side of the story).

If you are referring to the question at the top of the site currently it means just what the folks already answered. In this particular case it is one where the only people who don't see through the BS when they answered were people who didn't read the info on the link in the question.
I am surprised how many people fell for her storytelling.
