Breakfast! Hello all :) , school starts tomarrow for me and i never have enough time in the morning to eat a really good break fast, usually i'm eating it as i go out the door! I want to eat healthy and things that give me a LOT energy- but i dont know what i should eat! not to mention with the pressed amount of time i have X.x . So, any ideas? thanks :) !

there are these things called Gogurts....i've tried them before and they're pretty good. There called Gogurts for a reason. it's a yogurt on the go. You could also try eating a banana, apple, and orangejuice is always a good idea. One thing that's sugested for everyone to have atleast once a day is milk, so i strongly suggest that. Hope i helped.

whole grain and fiber energy bars. kashi go lean have some really tastey ones. my favorite is the almond chocolate. x ]
