That's not really slutty at all. It's not like you are going to have sex with him, at least I hope not, I would give it more time for that. First of all you said you've never kissed a guy, so he would be your first then. You've got to make sure that he should be the right one for your first kiss because most people do remember their first kisses. You could mention that you want to kiss him but I would wait for the guy to make the move, then you know he for sure likes you. If you want him to kiss you flirt a little, get close to him, stare into his eyes, things like that. Maybe say he has sexy lips.

when you hang out with him just flirt alot and smile...i wouldn't tell him straight up that you wanna makeout, that might come on a bit slutty and it will make him feel used, even if he likes it lol...you can try a test, lean in a little bit without making it obvious that you're gonna kiss him, if he leans in a little too make your move, if not then you know he's not ready ...trust me it always works and it saves the rejection ;)
