Hi,
I Had a affair (touching and oral only) with a long time friend 1 time.
He came into my mouth and I swallowed.
I later kissed my husband then then had oral sex with him then intercourse. it's been three weeks since then and I am late on my period by 5 days. I took 2 pregnacy test both very light pink line in test window and dark in the control window.
Now History on both my husband and I. I have PCOS and had RNY gastric bypass 21 months ago, I was 400.5 pounds and now am 194 pounds I have lossed over 200 pounds in 21 months. I never had regular periods before this surgery and now do. My husband had very low sperm count that was tested years ago, but is now on testostrone replacement, (shot) We are TTC (trying to conceive) we have been married 10 years but together 12 years, I have never cheated on him until this one time, he knows I told him, but there was NO INTERCOURSE with this other man. My husband is 40 and I am 30.
Okay the man I had oral sex with is 49 and VERY FERTILE and has never had problems with conceiving children with the woman he has been with well married to married 3 times.
I am just wondering could sperm of been in my mouth and transfered to my husband by the way of kissing or oral and then when we had intercourse then other mans sperm lived that long to get in side of me, IS THIS POSSIABLE? Thanks so much for any advice you could give my husband and I.
Michele answered Saturday August 15 2009, 2:45 pm: NO that is not possible. The sperm would not have lived very long in your mouth. First of all you swallowed most of them, and second, any salavia you have in your mouth, would hav killed the rest. The passage of time between the two incidents would also contribute to the sperm being long gone by the time you had intercourse with your husband.
Yes it is true that sperm can live up to 24 hours in your vagina and uterus, but that is because that area has the correct environment for the sperm to live. Your vagina is lined with mucos. That helps the sperm to live. Your mouth has salvia, with enzyme that digest food and proteins. So the sperm would not live.
I hope that you can understand this.
Also I hope that you are pregnant since you are both trying to conceive, and if you are then your husband is the father.
good luck
