The only way to lose fat is to lower your overall body fat percentage. This is done through a calorie deficit- which is a product of what you eat and how much you exercise (here of course any of training is useful, and weight lifting is great for your metabolism and preservation of muscle mass).
That unfortunately is all there is, short of surgery of course.
