daily headaches? I'm 15/f and starting about two and a half months ago I've gotten a headache basiclly everyday, ive told my mom and she won't take me to the doctor. She may not be concerned but I certantly am, and since I'm only 15 I can't take myself to the doctor, I was wondering if anyone could help me out, and give me some ideas on what could possibly be wrong?

Headaches can be caused by a million and one things. The weather can be a big factor, especially if its hot and muggy and gross. It can also be hormonal, which sucks, but it will go away in time. Make sure you drink plenty of water, it can be caused by dehydration. I was in a car accident a few months ago and got really bad whiplash. I had a headache for basically two months, and it was caused by muscle tension. You can try rubbing or massaging your neck and see if that helps. You may have certain allergies that are triggering them. It could be dust! Keep your room clean and wash your pillow cases and sheets often. But like I said, there are so many things that can cause a headache so it would be virtually impossible to figure it out on this website. I started to go through the same thing. The head aches could be one of many things...
Do you have long hair? If yes, don't put your hair up in a bun because this can trigger a headache.
Do you have a good diet? If you go all day with out eating, this can sometimes trigger headaches.
If you also have an infection or another pain some where else, this can often trigger headaches.
But either way that many headaches is unhealthy for a young girl. You should seriously talk to your mom about taking you, because headaches are not a normal body function that should be taken lightly. If your mom again refuses, go to another guardian or adult in your life whom you trust. You should get to a doctor soon though. Good luck to you and i hope everything is okay. ]
