Basically imagine yourself in a world which is essentially a blank canvas, and imagine you are in control of everything in it. You create it and all the people in it. What would would the people be like? Would it be chaotic or peaceful? Wealthy? Would everyone have an occupation or would everyone just live like hippies? What kind of job would you have? What would you spend your days doing? If you do this and ask yourself the questions you'll start to figure out what kind of people you really like or what environment you would like to find yourself in (which gives you something to strive for).I know it sounds crazy but the worst that can happen is you waste 120 seconds of your life so why not try it.
Although the link in the previous post provides some very usefull ideas as well so I definately wouldn't ignore those.
