belly button piercing! so i'm going to get my belly button pierced soon but i'm really not good with pain and needles... iv gotten my ear pierced and that wasn't too bad but how much more does it hurt to get your belly button pierced than your ear??
and is there anything i can take (painkillers) before i get it pierced so that it won't hurt as much?

well they clamp it first and that hurts a little bit but the good thing about it is it kinda numbs the pain so you can't really feel the needle as much. its really not bad, just like an earlobe piercing but on your bellybutton. oh and don't get it done with a gun! make sure you use a needle, which most tattoo/piercing places will do. ]
Pretty much I've heard it's just a little pinch, so painless. A lot of my friends have gotten it done and they say it truly doesn't hurt and they're happy with the outcome. They'll do it with a needle, definitely not a gun. Just make sure to clean it, and it should be fine. Lastly, I've heard piercing your nose is worse than any piercing, and belly button piercings are nothing compared to it.
Hope I helped :) ]
There is stuff you can take, but nothing too strong like a Vicodin or anything. Just take some Aleve or some Motrin & you should be fine.
I got my lip pierced, and I can say that while it hurt, it really only hurt for a second.
Everyone's tolerance to pain is different though so I can't really tell you how you'll feel. I'm sure it'll be fine. Don't worry. :) ]
if you get it done with a gun, then it won't hurt
well it will, but only for a second.
but if you do it with a needle.
you can put ice on it, and it numbs it
but it makes the skin tougher and the needle harder to go through. ]
