They will help you with anything you need and more. Just tell them you are nervous and have some questions. Never feel stupid, remember they deal with nervous students every year. Its normal to feel nervous your first year of college. Most schools have specific counselors for specific majors and some for undecided, etc. so look and see who would be best for you and if your not sure, call the counseling office and ask.
