2 periods a month?!

Question Posted Thursday July 23 2009, 11:47 am

Recently I have been getting 2 periods a month. Like at the end on the previous month I get it around the end, and it goes several days into the next month. Then I would get it later in the month.
Well now, I will litterally get 2 in a month. One at the beginning and one at the end. What Im wondering is if this is normal, and if not what I can do to fix it!
Thanks
-xoxo;<3

I had the very same problem, and it was bothering me because it's so exhausting and mine were very painful. It's normal to an extent, since you're period is just irregular, however, it isn't good for your body or you because of how it makes you feel.

I went to a gyno and they put me on birth control, just to regulate my period, and it works and I only have one a month now. So I would definitely suggest that, and if you're worried about seeing one, don't be. Nothing to worry about, and if you aren't sexually active, they don't even have to do a pap smear (they didn't have to do one on me).

that happened for me.
but it lastest just awhile.
i suggest asking your doctor.
if this i shappening before and after EVERY month.
it may be normal and it may be not.

to get rid of periods you can take birth control.
my friend did that for her really bad cramps.
but it will for sure stop them.

hope everything works out(:
