I'm not sure about the spitting part but I can help with the gagging.what I do which seems to work is,if I plan on deep throating (which guys really like),I'll swallow all the saliva that's in the back of my throat b4 I do it because that's what causes me to gag.when your giving a bj your forced to not swallow so saliva builds in the back of your throat and that's what makes you gag if you try to deep throat!hope this helped&good luck:)!

My advice...don't spit.
The taste is odd. Different with every guy.
But It's a lot less messy and sexier to the guy.
