Hula-hooping. It gives you great abs and thins out your waistline.

Buy a weighted hula-hoop from your local gym (not just any hula-hoop).
Start off by doing it every day for a week for 4-5 minutes and work your way up to doing more time every day.

The best part of this routine is that you can easily work it in to your day by hula-hooping when you're watching TV or drying your hair, and it never takes much time to do it.
