i want to lose some weight for going back to school and i was wondering what would be the best way is it as simple as exersise and heathly eating?
i am not that big a size 10-12 so nothing dirastic please!

This mini-magazine is a 6 week plan that includes excercizes for your arms and chest, butt, abs and legs. Also, it includes healthy meal ideas. The August issue is probably already stocked in most stores, so check Amazon or eBay.
