im about 5'3 and weigh about 110.. im skinny but i have rolls when i sit and my stomach is almost flat but i got that fat band at the bottom how do i get rid of it?
Melody answered Wednesday July 8 2009, 2:05 pm: Do cardio (running, jump rope, aerobics, etc.) to burn the fat rolls you have on your side and stomach. Cut back on unhealthy foods that are full of fat and grease. Start snacking on fruits and veggies instead. To tone up do pilates, yoga, sit-ups, and side obliques.
I have the same problem as you. I am about 5'5, and I weigh around 120 lbs. I am okay with my body, except I have love handles and a beer gut = If I had the discipline, I would do the above. But I am lazy.. haha.
