pimple
hey i have a pimple on the edge of my mouth left side if your me and its right like on the corner and its almost like a cold sore. idk its either one but if it doesnt turn into a white head to pop to get rid of the pain what do i do? i need it gone by tomorrow around 6 pm.

If there is even the slightest chance that this is a cold sore (which is a form of herpes) then you must LEAVE IT BE. If you scratch, pop or otherwise mess with it you can spread it to the rest of your face, among other places.
If you aren't sure, leave it be.

you could try popping it but that wont make it go away fast (itll make it smaller tho.) get a cleanser and an acne ointment and use those on it, put ice on it to lower the swelling, pop it (if u want, i wouldnt recommend it), and over night put tooth paste on it (yes i know that sounds weird to put tooth paste on a pimple but it does work)

Tomorrow at 6 PM, huh? So, is this one of those EMERGENCY cases where you try to come as clean as possible to enjoy the kiss with your girlfriend? (Hahaha, just joking, just joking.)
Anyway, normally I wouldn't recommend this, but since you need to get it of it ASAP, then try popping it with a clean needle. Get a small needle and poke it, then extract the sedum (the white-ish, oily stuffs) like you normally do.
There will be a slight pain and a bit of blood, but hey dude, it's not going to kill you.
