blocking a phone number
I have an env2 and i keep getting prank calls from a number.. how do i block them from calling and texting me.. oh and my service is verizon if that helps

You would need to go the nearest Verizon store & ask them about it. Chances are they should be able to do it, but please do not be shocked if they cannot.
Sometimes all they can do is change your number, and if that's what it takes, I'd do that & try to be really careful about who you give your number to and where you post it (MySpace, Facebook, AIM, etc).
Anyone can get your number if you post it publicly for all to see, so just be careful next time.

i had that same prob and there is no way to block the caller i had to go into the store and have them change my number

if they keep on calling you and you don't like it then call your phone company and see if they can do anything about it if they cant then just tell the people that are calling you to stop or your gonna call the police and they will stop cause they think your actually gonna do it but be really serious or they don't think you will do it

See Verizon about blocking the number. Because, you can't do it from your phone.
Go to a Verizon store and ask- they should be able to do it for you.
