How can I, before my Cuban vacation get a hot CUBA BODY!?! I am leaving for Cuba during the second week of July. I put on some weight during the winter and went from skinny 96 lbs to a average healthy looking 110 lbs. Problem is I have been eating unhealthy and my gut is gross. I never had this problem and even though I used to workout my abs I do not anymore and I don't thing crutches will help my gut. What can i do to get my flat stomach from before without loosing weight. Please help me I want to look good for cuba and its in less than a month. WHAT SHOULD I DO, i don't want to spend money but I have no problem with working hard, so please give me all you got!!!!

Firstly you gotta start eating healthy, you wanna stay away from those evil saturated fats, cause they'll be the ones adding the pounds. Second, you'll want to start doing some cardio exercise which is going to burn the fat, anything from aerobics to jogging is good for this. And finally you need to do a fair bit of ab excercises, this doesn't really matter what you do, but sit-ups and crunches are both good for what you want. Alternativly for working the abs you could go to the gym and use the equipment there for workouts. ]
