My mom has had hypoglycemia since before I was born.
Yes, some people are born with it, but she developed it when she had very, VERY little money and was a single mom of 2.
If she gets stressed her blood sugar level drops. It also may happen randomly. Hypoglycemia is the lack of sugar in the body, whereas diabetes is the excessive sugar levels.
Tips: Eat, go to the doctor(He'll probably give you a subscription for sugar tablets.), don't skip meals, and find a way to deal with stress.

I agree with the person below me. You might have hypoglycemia.

In simple terms, hypoglycemia is the body's inability to properly handle the large amounts of sugar that the average American consumes today. It's an overload of sugar, alcohol, caffeine, tobacco and stress.

Some of the symptoms of hypoglycemia are:

*-fatigue
*-insomnia
*-mental confusion
*-nervousness
*-mood swings
*-faintness
*-headaches
*-depression
*-phobias
*-heart palpitations
*-a craving for sweets
*-cold hands and feet
*-forgetfulness
*-dizziness
*-blurred vision
*-inner trembling
*-outbursts of temper
*-sudden hunger
*-allergies
*-crying spells

You may have anxiety or stress:

Anxiety is often accompanied by physical symptoms, including:

*-twitching or trembling
*-muscle tension
*-headaches
*-sweating
*-dry mouth, difficulty swallowing
*-abdominal pain (may be the only symptom of stress, especially in a child)

Sometimes other symptoms accompany anxiety:

*-dizziness
*-rapid or irregular heart rate
*-rapid breathing
*-diarrhea or frequent need to urinate
*-fatigue
*-irritability, including loss of your temper
*-sleeping difficulties and nightmares
*-decreased concentration
*-sexual problems

But I would go to the doctors. :)

Maybe your hyperglycemic.

You have to get blood work to find out ORRR if you know anyone that's diabetic, ask them if you could test your blood sugar with their machine.

But I'd go to a doctor :)

Message back if you have any questions. I wrote this assuming you know about diabetes and such :)
