summer and heat its starting to get hot and I wanna start working out again but I dont have time to be outside at night or morning to work out when its cooler and I dont have money for the gym whats some good working out type of things I can do indoors?

If your dad has weights, you could do weight training. You could do sit-ups, curl-ups, push-ups, etc. indoors just as easily.
If you wanted to run this summer, try waiting for cool days to run. Keep yourself up-to-date on the weather/temperature, and try to find days where it's in the mid-60s.

* Jumping rope in your garage/basement/anywhere that has a hard floor.
* Along with the exercise DVD's, you can buy a cheap yoga mat, or just use a soft towel, and you can do Yoga/Pilates at home. Make sure that you search for the DVD that you want on Amazon.com first to make sure that the people who have already tested it have given it good reviews.
That's really all that I can think of. ]
