I'm in a play that opens next Tuesday and I think I'm losing my voice. I need a quick fix that works before my director finds out (and freaks out). She's been under a lot of stress lately and I dont want to add to her stress so I need help fast.
What is the best (and quickest) way to get my voice back?
sweeethoney answered Wednesday June 10 2009, 4:50 pm: make a hot green tea with lemon and honey in it. garglin vinegar or salt water helps as well. try not to talk a lot, scream, or smoke (if you do). dont drink milk or anythin else thick because that can increase the mucus in your throat which will make it sound worse. my chorus director told me all this when my throat was goin before a recital, and it worked!
