I'm honestly not sure how you'd handle the pain of one or if it'd even hurt for you. I can honestly tell you though, that if you're relaxed calm while getting it done, it hurts a lot less.
I got my lip done last year & for me, it hurt because I have a low pain tolerance, AND I was nervous & scared and shaky. My experience could completely differ from yours.
PinkVsBlue answered Wednesday June 3 2009, 9:07 am: Its not so bad. It feels like a bee sting. And its over before you know it. Honestly it really isn't bad. I mean it will be uncomfortable and sting, but you will survive. I do have my belly button pierced and when I had it done, there was no numbing involved, just a needle. So trust me when I say it is not so bad because my pain tolerance level is not the best.
Trauma answered Wednesday June 3 2009, 3:29 am: It depends on your pain tolerance. What hurts really bad to some people may be nothing to another person. Naturally, having a needle shoved through your skin isn't the best feeling in the world, but it's probably not that bad. Although I don't have mine pierced, I've gotten tons of other piercings & if anything it may sting for just a second, then it's over. So, if you really want the piercing then it'll all be worth it.
