Before you start the keto diet it's important that you talk to your doctor because a high protein, high fat diet can potentially damage your kidneys.

The doctor will add some 'guidelines' for you to follow while on this restrictive diet such as drinking lots of water and not being on it too long.

If you're looking for foods with lots of 'fat' content, try these:

1) bacon
2 cream cheese
3) sour cream
4) pork rinds
5) olives
6) butter
7) margarine
8) cheese
9) cream or half & half
10)heavy cream (whipping)

Hope this helps add more variety to your 'fats'. Good luck and remember to drink lots of water!

The Ketogenic diet idea is very hard to achieve and maintain. Most of what you are listing as what you eat were things I couldn't find as approved foods for a true Ketogenic diet.

There is something else to note: There can be some serious side effects of doing this, or doing it wrong. You really should see a doctor about this. They will have the ability to get you started right.

They administer things like KetoCal, get you set up with all your supplies like MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) oil emulsions, and other tasty sounding things.

Starting a ketogenic diet without a doctor or nutritionist's help is like asking for failure.

I don't want to see you hurt, or dissapointed by your results, so please re-start this with the guidance of an appropriate health care specialist who has a proven track record of successful Ketogenic diet starts. Also ask for references of stable patients. Patients who are on a stable Ketogenic diet are a really good sign of your future success on one.

Please be safe.
