Ok, so when I flirt with a guy, sometimes I likke make fun of them for like stupid stuff. & I'm not sure if they like it or not. Do guys like it when girls are nice and happy all the time? or what? I'm so confused with everything.

My best friend does this! She's the really witty type, and I'm assuming you are as well. So, you make fun to get him to laugh or others, right? To lighten the mood?
Unfortunately, you most likely are intimidating the guy. There is a possibility he may think it's cute, or on the other hand mean. It's never good to be someone you're not; incorporate your witty jokes, but mix it up with sweetness as well.
It goes a long way if you do nice things every now and then to prove you really like the guy, otherwise he's just going to think you hate him.

It's normal to tease people that you like a little bit. But don't do it too often. They'll think you're serious, or start feeling bad about whatever you're messing with them about. As far as guys liking girls that are nice and happy all the time, guys like girls that are humans. The same way girls like guys that are human. You never want to be one way all the time. Don't always be happy and giggly if you don't feel like that on the inside. Sometimes it's okay to be down or not be in a wonderful mood. If you always feel happy, more power to you, but most people don't feel that way all the time. I can't see where a guy wouldn't like a girl being nice. People like people that are friendly and nice in general. I rarely am attracted to people, even as friends, that are jerks. Being nice is definitely not a turnoff.

Sometimes its good to flirt but don't make them feel crappy . Just tell how cute they are and some boys like that kind of talk . Most guys will not take it as flirting some will . Just keep it cool and be smooth

I sometimes do this too when i flirt with a guy just light teasing is fine =]
just make sure you dont over do it and get to the point where you insult them and make it known your just teasing though most of the time id say its fairly obvious unless your being snide and nasty which i wouldnt say you are =]
its good to get the balance right be nice too it depends on the guy though some may find it like really attractive others not everyone has different ways of flirting but im sure your way is fine dont be confused.
