Try fruit. They're really good for snacking, because they're small and (usually) easy to take places and eat on the go. Strawberries in sugar taste like candy, and apples are pretty good too.

Wow! That's borderline malnutrition, seriously. Why not take small steps towards eating healthier. You have bigger problems than high fructose corn syrup. You need fruits, vegetables, natural protein (processed increases your risk of kidney stones), etc. If time/laziness is what keeps you from cooking and eating right, what about frozen dinners? Canned soups? Trail mixes, yogurts, cereal? All good options that are quick.

All foods have bad elements, like too much sodium or high carbs or transfats, etc. but I think your priority should first be making sure you diversify you diet, because when you eat you need to do more than just make yourself not hungry, you have to supply vitamins, minerals, proteins, antioxidants to sustain your whole body!

You might want to look into taking a multivitamin, too.

poptarts are actually really high in fat, sugar, and calories. you could eat a whole can of progresso soup for whats in just ONE poptart :p im currently dieting, and ive been trying to eat alot healthier. power bars are meant for athletes, who have a much higher muscle mass. so for you it would probably just be the same as eating a snickers haha. some healthy snacks i try to eat are baby carrots, cucumbers in olive oil and vinigar (its actually good), low sodium and calorie soups (such as progresso), light yogurt, fiber snacks, light butter popcorn, granola, cereal (kashi), chex mix, trial mix, and roasted/toasted nuts. if your really craving something like chips, lays makes healthy(er) baked chips, which go good with salsa (also good for you). basically all processed foods have an unhealthy something in them. so try to eat raw foods like veggies and home-cooked meals. also try to get fiber - it helps cleanse your body of fat and keeps you "regular" haha xD anyways, im sorry this is so long. hope i helped :)

poptarts are loaded with calories and unwanted fat :/

try these snacks:

apple slices with peanut butter (great source of protein)
pita chips and salsa (pita chips are healthier than corn torilla chips)
english muffin pizza (whole wheat, one muffin will only give you about 200 calories)
soy hotdogs (they taste like the real thing but has less fat and calories!)

hope i helped!

Poptarts aren't healthy and Ramen noodle soup is extremely high in sodium.
Try these alternatives to snack on:

animal crackers
microwavable popcorn (little or no butter)
fruit dipped in yogurt (yummy)
whole grain cereals
vegetables dipped in dip

As far as power bars go, it depends what kind you get. Some have about the same nutritional value as candy bars, so you have to be careful to read the labels.
