DangerNerd answered Wednesday May 20 2009, 9:37 pm: Hi there,
You are going to want to check the proxy settings on your phone. If it all looks right, you will have to keep calling Virgin Mobile until you get someone who speaks English to help you figure out what: "error: request exceeds maximum number of redirects."
... might be caused by.
Wish I could be more help, but there is very little on the web about this and I don't have your exact phone and service to troubleshoot it myself.
Good luck, and please drop me some feedback when you get it figured out, so if it ever comes up again, I can tell the next person what worked best for you when dealing with this Virgin Mobile Vs. MySpace.com debacle.
