I've been practicing on trying to get it since september and I can do the back bend really good...and I can do the back walkover on the cheese mat but not on the floor (the triangle one). Have someone spot you. I found out that i was scared about hitting the floor and thats why i could do it on gymanstic mats and not the floor. Have someone spot you until you are comfortable. Then hopefully you will be cofortable enough to do it on your own. Hope i helped =]

I've been doing this little trick for years. I started by practicing my back bend over and over. you need to get a lot of power in your pushing leg then kick over.
