So I really wanna get my back walkover. I've been practicing on trying to get it since september and I can do the back bend really good...and I can do the back walkover on the cheese mat but not on the floor (the triangle one). Sooo yeah any tips and tricks on the kicking over part? I really wanna get my back walkover! Please help!!! (link)

I've been doing this little trick for years. I started by practicing my back bend over and over. you need to get a lot of power in your pushing leg then kick over.
