I have been really interested in OBE's or Out of Body Experiences. I really want to have one and have read information on it. Does anyone know a way to increase your chances or even possibly have an OBE? And If you have had/have an OBE what was or is the experience like in detail. Also could OBE's be dangerous?

Advicelady6798 answered Sunday May 10 2009, 12:46 am: Depending on the environment or the situation, it can be dangerous especially if you can't control it. Mine happen while I am sleeping especially when I am in a deep dream. It sometimes happens when I take pm's to help me sleep better at night. I will wake up but I feel faint, almost as if I am not even there. I have turned around a couple of times to see my ow body, laying stiff in my bed. When your scared, you can't really feel your heartbeat but you can definitely hear it, like it is a drum. You don't really pay attention to the atomsphere as much as your own thoughts. I had so many thoughts within those short moments, the out of body experience only lasted for a few minutes but it seemed like hours.
