It happens... I had the same thing in my arm and had my period (only really lightly) for 12 weeks straight. The doctor will tell you that you need to give it time so your body can get used to it. However, from the beginning my periods were 3 weeks on 3 weeks off for almost a year. Then i had them for 12 weeks straight and got it removed.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt... There's other things you can try if you cant handle it.

If your period is heavy, you should get it removed immediately. If its only light then you need to think about if you want to wait and see if it goes away or get it removed and try something else...

Being on your period for a month straight isn't safe. You're losing quite a bit of blood that way. You need to go see your doctor & tell him/her about your long periods & the ovary pain. Do it as soon as possible.
