Dog Shaking

My dog is 10 years old. he is half yorkie and half bichon frise. Lately he just shivers and sometimes when you pick him up to comfort him he yelps as if he is in pain. What is wrong with him. What could be wrong with my dog. Is he in pain. Whats wrong???

It is possible that he could be in pain, but I'm not exactly sure since I'm not a veterinarian. Take him to the vet & see what they say.

If he is wimpering when you attempt to comfort him it is possible that he may have hurt himself in some shape or form, i suggest taking him for a check-up at the vets, just to be on the safe side.

well small dogs are usaly little yappers and shakeing because they get to over exited and yorkies are very tempermentel

as for the wimpering im not really sure
