It puts an incredible strain on your heart with the extreme amounts of caffeine. How bout this, wear a sweatshirt when you workout instead of hydroxycut or at least when doing cardio, do not take any of those stupid fat burners, they are extremely unhealthy. All it does is make you sweat more during your workout by increasing your body temp. so its like you have a fever all the time. If youve ever worked when you have had a fever it is the same thing.... Also im guessing your not training to be a hulking bodybuilder so adding calories on training days isnt the best idea especially if you want to lose weight. If you weight lift and eat the same amount of calories each day it won't matter that much becuase just working out will get you toned enough. I personally eat more on training days because im looking to add lots of muscle mass quick, but in your case you're almost doing the opposite. One thing though, don't cut more calories on training days, keep everything the same..... and no more HYDROXYCUT!!! I hate everything that muscletech sells its all over priced crappy products that suck especially hyrdoxycut and all fat burners. So eat right, avoid fats and carbs after working out. Also to guarentee weight loss, take off 500 calories off of your total intake of a normal day. Hope i helped, im kind of obsessed with this sort of stuff.. haha [ shmoozer's advice column | Ask shmoozer A Question ]
pnkkisses838 answered Friday May 1 2009, 10:13 pm: yes if you want to gain more muscle consume more calories but good calories like mostly carbs from whole grain and protein from lean meat. if you wanna lose five pound and your 120 and 5'3 my estimation is somewhere around 1500-2000 to gain musle but lose fat and remember to do at least 10 min of cardio before and after workouts that the only way to lose body mass.
HOWEVER... on the news today a woman i think they said died or had a stroke because of hydroxycut. i suggest looking at recent news about that weight loss pill i threw mine out TODAY!
