I am a 15/M. I have been very thin and weak since my birth. I had seen many doctors regarding this matter but they say that everything is fine. But i feel very lethargic and weak. I have taken many weight gainers, but they didn't prove to be useful. I feel very hungry, even if i had just eaten. It feels like i have not eaten anything. (link)

this is absolute bullshit... eat more food, and you'll gain weight... every small, weak person looking to gain weight always so they already eat a shitload of food, its fucking bullshit. double or even triple what you eat right now for 2 weeks and tell me if you dont gain weight, good calories though. you probably dont feel like you havnt eaten food because you probably ate next to nothing... heres a good meal, 6 eggs (half yokes, half whites), 3 slices of toast w/ natural peanut butter, and 2 cups of oatmeal. thats a meal that is balanced and will help you gain weight, and more importantly muscle and not fat. its simple - eat more calories than what you burn off throughout a typical day to gain weight, eat less to lose weight, and eat the same amount of calories as you burn to stay the same weight

Unhappy w/ my life
I just want to be my old self.. I don't wanna be the big girl anymore.. I have tried dieting but I give up with the lacking results.
I have considered skipping breakfest and lunch and only eating supper. One meal. But then again I thought that's crazy I shouldn't have to starve myself to get results... but i would just like some imput... what to do once you have had a bad day.. motivation anything.. I don't wanna hit "rock bottom " I just wanna be happy again

eat less, eat better and higher quality foods as in skim milk vs 2% kind of idea, and most importantly exercise and LIFT WEIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ive dedicated an incredible amount of time to dieting and improving body composition and body sculpting, because i used to be overweight and i was rock bottom and depressed, I guarentee that lifting weights will not make you bulky or big by any means, females just dont have the body type that a male does to quickly add muscle...
Just make sure to exercise in addition to diet, results will come a lot quicker if you stay true to both, if you really want to, take a fat burner, but its not really necessary, the only people that need fat burners are the people that are trying to lose weight while maintaining/gaining muscle, which youre not realy looking to do

diet isnt everything, having a diet and a good regimented exercise plan works best. also, eating oatmeal for dinner is not a great idea, unless you plan on running 10 miles the next or you have a competition, thats why athletes eat spaghetti the day before a competition. eating oatmeal (high in carbs) right before you go to bed is unnecessary, can you reason needing energy to sleep? im obssessed with this type of stuff as im a serious athlete, and breakfast should contain mostly carbs, w/ some protein.. lunch should be half and half, and dinner should be more protein and less carbs, it just makes sense.. also, personally i advise against green tea bcuz its sort of like a thermogenic, ie. hydroxycut.. all it does is contain a shitload of caffeine to raise your body temp and basically sweat more. its only necessary to be used for serious bodybuilders right before competition, which im guessing you do not want to do at all. instead of green tea, personally id hav some skim milk or orange juice. and having coffee is just as bad or worse, it has more calories than green tea. green tea is basically the same as taking a caffeine pill, it might say it aids in fat loss and blah blah blah, but thats just the caffeine.
id definitly add more to the exercise program and prob join a gym if u can, and just hav a basic outline for the diet, thers no need to develop this routine, just make smart decisions,.. what i do, is before i eat something bad, i think, what hav i eaten today? and is it rly worth screwing up what ive done thus far?

I have been having shooting pains in my shoulder for a couple days. I am a softball pitcher and I use it quite often. It's in the area of my rotater cuff. Throbbing pain, shooting pain, random. Any advice as to what this could be? Someone told me it's possibly a torn rotater cuff which could require surgery! Help! (link)

its probably inflamed from overuse.. try warming it everytime u use it for softball and stretch it... and in the meantime id just take ibuprofen and ice it... if it doesnt go away get it checked out

I saw on a commercial a long time ago that having so many glasses of milk a day can really help you lose weight. I assumed that drinking milk helps you lose weight then.
Well, I just read on another site that if you drink too many glasses of milk a day then you gain weight. Now, I'm really confused. One thing is saying that milk makes you lose weight while another one says milk makes you gain weight.
What is true?
Why? (link)

well as an athlete i drink alot of milk to help me add muscle cuz it has great health benefits with lots of protein. but like if u dont want to add muscle/weight then dont go and drink half a gallon a day like i might, and if your rly concerned keep it to only skim milk which will eliminate some of the fat and calories that milk possesses.

you dont really need to eat that much extra on weight training days, just make sure to eat a little bit more carbs before the workout and only protein afterwards with very very little carbs and fats. and DONT TAKE HYDROXYCUT!!! all it does is increase your body temperature trust me, its only a thermogenic, not some super enhanced bullshit, that advertising is FUCKIN BULLSHIT, also today on the news it was reported to have significant LIVER and KIDNEY problems and at least one death. It puts an incredible strain on your heart with the extreme amounts of caffeine. How bout this, wear a sweatshirt when you workout instead of hydroxycut or at least when doing cardio, do not take any of those stupid fat burners, they are extremely unhealthy. All it does is make you sweat more during your workout by increasing your body temp. so its like you have a fever all the time. If youve ever worked when you have had a fever it is the same thing.... Also im guessing your not training to be a hulking bodybuilder so adding calories on training days isnt the best idea especially if you want to lose weight. If you weight lift and eat the same amount of calories each day it won't matter that much becuase just working out will get you toned enough. I personally eat more on training days because im looking to add lots of muscle mass quick, but in your case you're almost doing the opposite. One thing though, don't cut more calories on training days, keep everything the same..... and no more HYDROXYCUT!!! I hate everything that muscletech sells its all over priced crappy products that suck especially hyrdoxycut and all fat burners. So eat right, avoid fats and carbs after working out. Also to guarentee weight loss, take off 500 calories off of your total intake of a normal day. Hope i helped, im kind of obsessed with this sort of stuff.. haha

i wanna get totally rid of my love handles by summer time
any exercises i can do?
thankss (link)

i do alot of working out and ab training and what really helps is doing Russian Twists. you can perform these by raising your legs up a bit and having them crossed and kinda close to you, (dont have your legs straight out) then make sure your back is well off the ground almost as if your sitting down then clutch your hands together and bring them down all the way to your left side till they hit the floor and while you do this make sure to follow your hands (it works your abs much better) then reverse to the other side, try for 50 in a set (25 each way) and increase speed while you do them. the next one is simply a side crunch, do these by simply laying on your side then moving your back so that its flat on the ground but make sure your legs are still in the side position then raise up like a crunch, try 50 each set each side. this last one which really burns off the lovehandles, take some weights of about 2.5 or 5 lbs, if you dont hav weights take something around the house that is close to that weight. then raise them above your head and make sure that your arms are still in that 'L' shaped position (in otherwards dont lock out your arms) then start leaning to one side but make sure that your not moving your hips. you should be using your abs to move down like this then once your lean to the side a bit (dont lean really far just a little bit) come back up to the starting standing up position then go to the other side. do about 50 of these too (25 each way) if you cant use any weight to start then dont but make sure you get a high amount of reps for all of the exercises to make sure you feel a good burn. Also for the russian twists you can hold a wegiht instead of clenching your hands together to increase intensity. Try to these three exercises all in a row all at once in one set without stopping then after you did all three take a minute break or so then do 2 more sets with taking a minute break in between too. Hope this helps, it helped me alot!!

hi there.
i am a male 20 and i do a fair bit of exercise daily to reduce my weight. i dont eat non veg stuff at all except eggs. what i want to ask is that everyday after exercising i have 5 or 6 boiled eggs as a source of protein but people at my gym advised me to throw away the yolk of the boiled egg and eat onlt the white part as according to them yolk has lots fo colestrol and fats and i should avoid it to help reduce my weight. can anybody please tell me if its true becouse i am seriously under the plan to reduce 10 kgs of weight and any help would be welcomed. thanks (link)

yes, theyre right about the yolk. the yolk serves really no nutritional benefits in terms of trying to lose weight and adding muscle. Just eating the egg whites is much healthier for you, because thats where all of the protein is. The yolk is basically wasted calories almost. I just found out about the yolk part a few months ago, and it makes a big difference since eggs are very high in cholesterol especially if you have 5 or 6 after workouts everyday.
