Also for the russian twists you can hold a wegiht instead of clenching your hands together to increase intensity. Try to these three exercises all in a row all at once in one set without stopping then after you did all three take a minute break or so then do 2 more sets with taking a minute break in between too. Hope this helps, it helped me alot!! [ shmoozer's advice column | Ask shmoozer A Question ]

First off, there's a few ways to do this:
To burn the excess fat on the sides of your stomach and abs, exercises like a bit of running on the Treadmill, Stamina workouts, Yoga, Crunches, and using basic dumbbells help.
For the dumbbells exercise (simplest one), grab one dumbell (whatever weight, depending on how much you acn lift), hold it in one hand to your side, place your other hand on the back of your head.
Then, with the dumb-bell in one hand, lean sideways (to the direction of the dumbbell) all the way down, and then slowly lean back up to the other side.
Do several sets of these (2-3) a day if you can.
Also, avoid fast food, fatty sweets, binging (means eating only 3 servings a day. Try eating 5 small portions), and soda.
Drinking water while you do this helps. Keep yourself hydrated.
Challenge yourself. Run. Jumprope too.
Keep on goin', it's all up to how determined you are.
