Well, i think your plan is good. I suggest don't eat nothing but fruits and water after supper. If you want to loss weight fast, you can only eat apples and water for two days a week, this way can make you loss weight fastly, but it is also rebound easily.

diet isnt everything, having a diet and a good regimented exercise plan works best. also, eating oatmeal for dinner is not a great idea, unless you plan on running 10 miles the next or you have a competition, thats why athletes eat spaghetti the day before a competition. eating oatmeal (high in carbs) right before you go to bed is unnecessary, can you reason needing energy to sleep? im obssessed with this type of stuff as im a serious athlete, and breakfast should contain mostly carbs, w/ some protein.. lunch should be half and half, and dinner should be more protein and less carbs, it just makes sense.. also, personally i advise against green tea bcuz its sort of like a thermogenic, ie. hydroxycut.. all it does is contain a shitload of caffeine to raise your body temp and basically sweat more. its only necessary to be used for serious bodybuilders right before competition, which im guessing you do not want to do at all. instead of green tea, personally id hav some skim milk or orange juice. and having coffee is just as bad or worse, it has more calories than green tea. green tea is basically the same as taking a caffeine pill, it might say it aids in fat loss and blah blah blah, but thats just the caffeine.
id definitly add more to the exercise program and prob join a gym if u can, and just hav a basic outline for the diet, thers no need to develop this routine, just make smart decisions,.. what i do, is before i eat something bad, i think, what hav i eaten today? and is it rly worth screwing up what ive done thus far?

Have 4 or 5 small balanced meals, with good amounts of each food group. Also, it's good to excercise in the morning to keep your metabolism up. The stairs is a really good cardio, but you might want to do longer simple excercises.

Your eating okay but I reccomend getting more fruits and vegetables in there, and also making sure you get enough protein.

You need at least 30 minutes of cardio a day and some strength training. That means lifting weights, resistance exercises, etc.

If you increase your exercise routine then I suggest adding a little snack (100 cal or below) in there to give you energy like a granola bar.

Get some healthy recipes online so you don't get bored with your diet.

You are on the right track, so keep up the good work!

Good luck,

-Abby
