Nerves getting the best of me...

How do you stay confident and throw off nerves during things like interviews and auditions?

ive never actually been able to get rid of my nerves, but just tell youselft that if you good and you dont let your nerves get the best of you then they will like you =] Thats what i usually tell myself and i just kind of forget about being nervous. Hope i helped =]
