NoCandy answered Tuesday April 28 2009, 11:07 pm: The best answer I can come up with is "preparation". If you know that you are prepared for the audition, that should help you feel confident. I know this might sound odd, but I like to stretch before an audition or do some yoga to relax. That way my body is not tense, so I don't get nervous. Different things work for different people, but the more prepared you are, the better you'll feel. Just practice more than you think you should.
