so i want to get a base (to put on before eyeshadow to make it stay longer, etc)
ive read lots of reviews about urban decay primer potion but its soo expensive! 22 dollars? not thanks.
are there any drugstore bases that are comparable?
dudewearsurcar answered Thursday April 30 2009, 12:04 am: I am pretty broke and don't spend money on eye shadow base. so what I have found works, is using concealer. Just rub concealer over your eye lids before you apply your eye shadow and it sticks twice as well. [ dudewearsurcar's advice column | Ask dudewearsurcar A Question ]
