Photoshop is expensive as hell, sorry :(

Agreed with the person below, GIMP is good, or you could try Photofiltre.
They have a free version which is easy to use and if you like it, you can pay for the pro one, which is quite cheap.

I just realized the pro one is called "studio" :P

Hope this helped :)

The cheapest price that my local stores have ever offered me for a Photoshop CS4 Extended is $199.99 USD, which isn't very cheap at all. And I do not know of a reliable way to obtain Photoshop for $60 USD (as for unreliable ways, yes, I do know of some, but I will not mention them on here [not worth the risk]).

However, I do know of a great alternative that you can use: GIMP.

GIMP is totally free; you wont' have to pay a dime for it. It has as many features as Adobe Photoshop and just as complex. It may look confuse at first, but after a few time playing around with it, it'll become somewhat user-friendly.

I've used GIMP for almost three years now and totally satisfied with it. I've also used Adobe Photoshop (at school), and haven't found anything that I can do in Photoshop but not in GIMP yet.

GIMP is also very popular among image editor users. You can get help with it easily.
