uhmmm this sounds really nasty and embarrassing but I constantly get razor burn/pimples on my armpits from shaving and I have no idea how to prevent it. I do everything I'm supposed to, I don't shave too often (probably every 2 days or so or even once a week at the most), I don't shave too close to the skin and I don't go over an area more than once. How do I prevent these nasty bumps? I've been putting some acne creams and body cleansers on it but they don't really seem to be working all that great. So if anyone could give me some tips about this that'd be amazing.
thanks,

It's really important when shaving to use shaving cream (women's is more sensitive) or soap atleast. NEVER shave with dry skin, it's best to do just after showering.
It may not be to do with the shaving - your skin could be clogged or you might not rinse the soap off properly when you wash.
If you shave you legs then see if any of the same simptoms come up when you shave exactly the same on them as you do under your arms.
If you think its serious then go see your doctor or GP about it.

Do you put shaving cream on right before you use the razor? And if not, do you at least put soap? If you don't, that might be a reason why you're getting these burns/pimples. If you do, it might have to do with the razor itself. Have you tried buying a new one and shaving? The razor might not be clean or something. Try those things, and if it still happens, let me know.
