my boyfriend and i(7th grade) have been going out for only a month or so and everytime we hang out we are usually in a group with friends. my friend and her boyfriend are so cute together and he always makes the first move. well, my boyfriend always seems to look at him for a guide. for example, if we are walking and my friends boyfriend holds her hand then my boyfriend might grab my hand. and so i was wondering why he did that and how i could make a move first.
Boys are still in that shy and awkward phase. They don't know what they're supposed to do.
AND it's only been a MONTH. I know you probably know nothing about relationships, but these things take time. You can't rush into anything or push your boyfriend to do things he's not comfortable doing.
You need to just relax. You don't need to be freaking out about this, heck, you don't even need a serious boyfriend when you're young anyways :)

Well maybe hang out alone and just watch a movie and crawl up into his arms and just sit there or hold his hand. He most likely hasnt had much experience so he looks to his friend for what to do. Hope i helped =] [ Sami143's advice column | Ask Sami143 A Question ]

He probable copys him, because he may envy him.. His maybe smooth ways with his girlfriend.. That kind of stuff, he's young and he's probable just still getting to understand the ways of a relationship. [ HotSauce's advice column | Ask HotSauce A Question ]
