LOL_x0x answered Thursday March 26 2009, 9:30 am: I have a sound soother that has sounds like white noise, ocean waves, rainfall, summer night, etc. It really helps me when I can't fall asleep; I recommend getting one :)
maddiec123 answered Thursday March 26 2009, 12:51 am: I use 3 mg of melatonin (Walmart or most grocery stores/cheap and non-habit forming) and I use an alarm clock that has different 'noise' optons...like rain, waves, brooks, etc. as background noise.
