How to Gain Weight?!

So im a 22 year old female, about 5'5 and weigh only 109. Im under weight and am dying to gain some weight. I don't really know what to do. Its weird because I do eat a lot of junk that would make most people blow up. Any help is apperciated :)

Btw I drink Ensure and it does NOTHING

One way to gain weight is by eating carbs. This includes breads and pastas. If you eat a lot of carbs every day you should gain weight pretty quickly, also try eating more throughout the day. If this doesn't help at all you may just not be able to gain weight due to a fast metablosim, but consider asking your doctor for some advice too

Try eating more protein & pastas. Junk food may help, but it's definitely not the healthy way to gain weight. If pastas don't help, talk to your doctor.
