Usually I love to read. Today I tried to pick to pick up a new book but I just can't focus. I really want to read it. I just have a lot on my mind. For example my aunt just died, and my dad almost had a heart attack a few weeks ago. I just can't focus on things that I use to love. And I tried for hours reading the same book. Can you give me some tips on how to concentrate better even when you have a lot of things on your mind?

After writing everything that's bothering me down, I feel so relieved. Or you could try talking to someone who's been in a similar situation. Once you have everything off your mind, it'll be much easier to concentrate. [ kwyllie7892's advice column | Ask kwyllie7892 A Question ]
