maddiec123 answered Friday March 6 2009, 12:00 pm: No - everything you ate last night did NOT have time to magically turn into fat cells by the next morning. Your body hasn't even finished metabolizing what you ate last night.
Your weight will change all the time due to the foods you eat, the amount of water you have in your (or don?t), the sodium you have eaten, etc etc. Many many factors influence the number on the scale. You can weigh 1/2 pound more just after eating oatmeal, but that doesn't mean you gained fat cells. Also, you didn't say what type of workouts you are doing, but muscle holds on to water while it's repairing. Water isn't fat!
If you think you over did it - go out now and burn off some of those calories. Since you have been working out, your metabolism is probably geared up and running higher, so burning more calories even at rest.

Don't engorge yourself but eat some things that you wouldn’t but a good portion. As for the mean time just continue your diet. Because if you don't treat your self from time to time every thing will just crumble down. Hope I helped.
