False! Acai berry does not help you lose weight.

The only way to healthily lose weight is by diet,
nutrition, and exercise.

The ways to cheat out of this combination are
either unsuccessful or dangerous.

Acai berry is rich in antioxidants and nutrients,
however, as a weight loss solution, not at all.
