hey i was wondering to send a text from computer to phone is the example (123-456-7899@at&t.com) or whatever but does anyone know what it is for sprint?

You can do it from your email. For example; if you have yahoo, go to 'Compose Message' and there should be a button on the right hand corner that allows you to change it to an 'Email Text Message', and from there it will give you a box to type in the phone number. Most email programs do this. Good Luck!
