belly button piercing

Hey im 17/f i got my belly button pierced like two months ago.. its still a bit red at the top where the ball screws on. Then today i looked and on the bottom is like a blood blister that just showed up. What do i do? Is this normal?

It's still in the healing process. Make sure to clean it with 'Peppermint Soap' from Trader Joe's or any organic grocery store. Also it is very important to fill a cup up with distilled water and sea salt and hold it on your belly button for 5-10 minutes a day. That way it heals faster and you decrease the chance of infection for the future. Good Luck!

Any new damage probably indicates an infection. At this point I would take vitamins and try to live healthily as much as possible. If it turns green or blue or anything close to those colors, I would go to the doctor to get an antibiotic ASAP. It's possible you have an infection now, so if you have insurance and don't have a problem going, I would go ahead and check it out.
