This is hard to answer, but I'll give it my best go. I really like it when a girl shows interest in me, but not too much. For instance, try to act like you're attracted to a guy, but don't give off the vibe that you're going to be a stalker. Showing interest in a guy is the number one thing that gives you a chance. Also being fun and personable is important. Guys want to talk about personal issues, but social stigmas make talking openly about these things unacceptable. The whole "friend" zone thing doesn't exist with guys, so try to get close to them in any way possible.
