i wanna lose weight I am 14 and 5'4 and 155 is my weight and i wanna lose like 15 to 20 lbs, so do you have any helpful ideas?

I'm 5'6" and at the beginning of the year, i was 155 pounds too. I am now 135 pounds, and this is how I did it: I eat cereal, fruits, vegetables, egg whites, very lean meat, things high in fiber and low in calories ( I eat about 700-800 calories a day) and I burn anywhere between 500 and 700 calories at the gym, and I go usually 5 times a week. Also, I drink a lot of water. Your metabolism might be different though, but that's how I lost weight. ]
As with any diet plan you may choose and a workout regimen, drink plenty of WATER! You may think water just causes water weight, but you drop it immediately. The water also will fill you up so you don't feel like you need to keep eating food. Your body will dispose of the excess fluids from the water, which thins you out quickly! It's amazing, and the best body secret I know. Plus, you'll also be ridding yourself of the harmful toxins your body contains when you lose all the water!

I'm your age and a bit taller,here's what helped me:
I eat breakfast regularly(no fast food,bread,a cup of milk/yoghurt and a few slices of meat products) at 8am,from 8am to 1pm I eat two oranges,apples or banana's and also drink lemonade,for lunch I have whatever,then I don't eat anything to dinner.I go to the gym regularly every evening for about 3 or 4 hours.For dinner I eat fruit or cereals with milk.Timing is also important for a balanced diet.I eat sweets rarely,once or twice a month.Hope it helps ya! ]

Before I start this, I just wanna wish you luck and support, I've been through it too, it's not easy but the results are wonderful and well worth it =]]
1. Food Choices : Follow the food pyramid. Make sure you cut out unnecessary carbs, fats and sugars. Sugars especially! They are killer. Instead of that greasy disgusting burger filled with oil, have a salad. Ceasar, Italian, Ranch or even Fruit salads can fill you up and they are delicious and healthy! Make sure you eat balanced meals and DO NOT SKIP ANY!!! Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. If you reduce the amount of soda and juices (filled w/ sugar) and replace it with water, you'll have weight loss. Eat fruits and vegetables! Apples, GRAPEFRUIT (amazing for weight loss) and Pomegranates are great for diets.
2. Exercise : I know we all hate it but it is necessary. Whatever exercise you decide to do is great, but what I did was target my abs, arms and legs. I swam laps on weekends and when I didn't have school, 2 times a day. Then when I had school I had very limited time to spend on exercise so I did 3 sets of 25 crunches, 3 times a day. So in the morning before school, when i got home from school, and at night.
3. Support! get support, if you tell your best friend that you want to lose weight, your best friend will support you and won't let you break your goals. Reinforcement worked great for me. I gave my mom 50 dollars and told her not to give it back until I achieved my goal weight. IT WORKED! lol.
