classic songs are great, such as aerosmith - i dont wanna miss a thing, edwin mccain- i'll be, tim mcgraw - my best friend..
songs like that. if there's a song that comes on the radio and you instantly think of him, put that on there. even if he doesnt know the song he'll listen to it enough to learn it. trust me.
ask him what some of his favorite songs are without letting him know what's going on. he'll appreciate it if you put some his favorites on it too :).
